• One avocado
• A paper bag
• One ripe banana or apple

Assembly

1. 1Put the avocado in the paper bag.
2. 2Add the ripe banana or apple to the bag.
3. 3Fold the top of the bag closed to trap the ethylene gas.
4. 4Leave the bag at room temperature for 1 to 2 days.
5. 5Check the avocado daily for softness.
