Bill of materials

• A jar or glass
• Water
• A plastic bag

Assembly

1. 1Trim a centimetre off the stem ends.
2. 2Fill a jar with an inch of water and stand the cilantro in it, stems down.
3. 3Drape a plastic bag loosely over the leaves.
4. 4Keep it in the fridge and swap the water when it goes cloudy.
