FIX
Freeze the gum and chip it off
Easy< 30 minFreeNo tools
Real talkThis can be fiddly if the gum is really stuck in thick fabric or a delicate material.
Bill of materials
- A plastic bag
- Freezer
Assembly
- 1Put the gum area of the clothing inside a plastic bag, pressing out air so the gum won't stick to the bag.
- 2Seal the bag and put the clothing in the freezer for at least an hour until the gum hardens.
- 3Take the clothing out and use your fingers or a blunt edge (like a spoon handle) to chip away the hardened gum.
- 4Repeat freezing and chipping if needed until most gum is gone.
